Overview The SVP, Brand Experience is a strong relationship builder and problem solver who provides strategic oversight to holistic media plans, innovative ideas, and marketplace solutions. As the SVP, Brand Experience, you'll play a pivotal role in providing strategic and leadership for a specific brand/account. In partnership with the EVP, you'll be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, driving organic growth, and ensuring the quality of work produced by cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the media planning process and a team of planners at various levels
• Lead presentation/discussion with the client around strategic ideas, sharing recommended direction and rationale as to why this is the right approach; evaluating what has worked, not worked and applying learning to future campaign development
• Translate into actionable deliverables to impact annual planning cycles via audience insights, consumer journeys, and communications frameworks
• Manage and work alongside VP/Directors on Planning and Investment to co-manage and mentor a team with varying levels of experience
• Partner with EVP to define and implement a plan to evolve strategy practice to keep pace with industry changes
• Engage directly with clients, articulating strategies with data and clear metrics
• Build and nurture client relationships to elevate the partnership
• Assist in setting organic growth goals and drive adherence to growth roadmaps and business plans
• Actively engage in new business opportunities, volunteering for pitch teams and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to clients
• Model outstanding client service, convey passion for clients' businesses, and serve as a point of escalation for client concerns

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with previous experience leading a large account and team
• Superior client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic media plans, innovate, and drive modern marketing solutions
• Experience across all media types (national, local, digital, direct, programmatic, shopper, etc.)
• Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead team to deliver high-quality results

Compensation Range: $180,215 - $299,637 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
