Description Recruiter Onsite requirement (hybrid potential) Salary: $50-$70k 1099 (based on experience + performance based incentives) Overview This is not a traditional HR role. This is a sales and growth position responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented Loan Officers who align with our culture and growth vision. The ideal candidate is competitive, driven, highly organized, and thrives in a performance-based environment. Your success will directly impact company revenue, market expansion, and long-term growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute a scalable Loan Officer recruiting strategy Source, recruit, and attract producing Loan Officers across multiple markets Build and manage a structured recruiting pipeline Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for production, culture, and long-term fit Present and communicate the Power Home Loans value proposition Partner with executive leadership on recruiting goals and growth initiatives Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting performance Help establish recruiting systems, processes, and best practices as the company scales nationally Qualifications Required Recruiting experience and/or a proven sales background with documented performance Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills Highly organized and process-driven Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and presentation skills Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win Preferred Mortgage industry experience Experience recruiting Loan Officers Understanding of retail, broker, and correspondent lending models Existing network within the mortgage industry Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
