Accounts Payable Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Accounts Payable Coordinator positions in Newport News, VA. Responsibilities:

• Research vendor invoices and purchase orders to determine the correct PO for application and payment

• Ensure proper imaging of invoices and supporting documentation prior to processing

• Enter invoice information into the imaging system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Identify and resolve exceptions through advanced research, critical thinking, and invoice matching

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience reviewing and verifying inventory and expense-related invoices

• 2-3 years of high-volume invoice processing experience

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, including knowledge of purchase order processes and invoice matching

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Access); Oracle experience is a plus

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
