We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Weymouth, MA . This is your chance to take on a leadership role, drive results, and help shape an exceptional guest experience every single day.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • A genuine passion for developing and mentoring people
  • Proven track record of achieving strong financial results
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented philosophy
  • Open availability, including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager in Weymouth, MA , you will:

  • Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers the highest standards of service
  • Inspire and guide the team to provide outstanding guest experiences in every interaction
  • Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members
  • Mentor staff with precision and care to build a cohesive, high-performing team
  • Independently address and resolve conflicts as they arise in the restaurant
  • Dedicate the majority of your time to hands-on managerial leadership
  • Partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales and overall business performance
