Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Providing ongoing clinical services via teletherapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be on adults (18 years and older) who are managing various mental health challenges. Many of our clients may struggle with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns that can hinder their ability to thrive in the community. You will work closely with these individuals to facilitate their personal growth, stability, and independent living.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current state license, valid in the state of Texas, as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently, without supervision, and clear status with no disciplinary actions on the license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
