Evolve Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Lincroft, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is based in our modern outpatient clinic located in the heart of Lincroft, NJ. You will work in a collaborative team environment, featuring advanced treatment equipment and innovative therapeutic methodologies. The clinic operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and care plans based on each patient's specific goals and clinical needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for deep clinical engagement with each patient, ensuring every individual receives the attention and care they deserve.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to administer effective treatments that improve functionality and reduce discomfort.
• Employ cost-effective treatment techniques aimed at enhancing patients' motion and mobility while minimizing the reliance on surgical interventions or medications.
• Work closely with patients to develop comprehensive care strategies that include various therapeutic modalities and wellness programs.
• Deliver motivational support to patients, helping them navigate their rehabilitation journey with enthusiasm and determination.
• Continuously evaluate and track treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to meet patient needs and ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatments using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to enhance patient care coordination.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans and multidisciplinary support.
• Educate patients on best practices for health and wellness, emphasizing the importance of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Our patient demographic spans all ages, providing a rich variety of clinical challenges and opportunities for you to apply your expertise.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, specifically in orthopedic rehab.
• Demonstrated mastery of manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and execute effective therapeutic exercise plans.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering strong relationships with patients and co-workers alike.
• Proficient in using EMR software, specifically Web PT, for high-quality documentation.
• Solid foundation in current physiotherapy methodologies, grounded in the latest research and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic, managing a diverse caseload effectively.
• Familiarity with advanced modalities such as kinesiology taping, dry needling, or specialized rehabilitation techniques.
• Prior experience in developing community wellness outreach programs or workshops would be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
