Assistant Coach, Equestrian

Assistant Coach, Equestrian Brown University Athletics and Recreation is currently seeking an Assistant Coach, Equestrian in Providence, Rhode Island. This is a part‑time, 11‑month position that will assist the Head Coach and provide administrative assistance with compliance, recruiting, scheduling, and team travel logistics. This position is not benefits‑eligible and is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Major Tasks Ensure compliance with NCAA, Ivy League, and University policy and procedures. Assist with team travel planning and logistics. Support recruiting and alumni outreach. Help manage the team roster. Support the Head Coach as needed. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Collegiate, professional, high school, or club sports coaching experience preferred. Compliance and Background Check All staff must demonstrate exemplary ethical conduct, comply with NCAA rules and regulations, and undergo annual NCAA rules education. AED/CPR and First Aid certification (available at no cost) is required. The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background and MVR check satisfactory to Brown University prior to commencing employment.
