Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a deep understanding of clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide highly individualized therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care processes.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate effectively with the mental health team and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive and client-centered treatment strategies.

• Administer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as situations arise to ensure client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
