Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose patients when necessary and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health care using clinically appropriate tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

  Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, taking into account cultural diversity and the unique needs of each patient.

  Monitor patient progress continually and provide evidence-based interventions to support mental health diagnoses, including therapeutic strategies tailored to each case.

  Prepare, maintain, and submit all required clinical documentation and treatment records accurately and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
