• Pay Range: $22.23-$27.37/hour (Based on years of experience) + Benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a collaborative outpatient clinic team in Minnetonka, Minnesota .

This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused Medical Assistant looking for a stable Monday-Friday clinic position with no weekends and no on-call requirements .

-> Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant will support providers and help ensure efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for appointments
• Obtaining vital signs and updating patient information
• Assisting providers with examinations and patient care
• Administering immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Collecting laboratory specimens
• Performing phlebotomy duties, as applicable
• Performing clinic laboratory testing
• Providing telephone support
• Facilitating communication between patients and providers
• Assisting with prescription refill requests
• Supporting prior authorization activities
• Providing front-desk and check-in support when needed
• Ordering and stocking supplies
• Performing X-ray duties when appropriately qualified
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating patient concerns, questions, and clinical information to the healthcare team

The successful candidate will work closely with clinic leadership, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.

-> Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program, such as an ABHES- or CAAHEP-accredited program , OR qualifying Registered Medical Assistant education and experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
