Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage in various therapeutic modalities, offering both individual and couple’s therapy sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve couples together and individual sessions with each partner.

• Addressing complex family dynamics, including conflicts among family members, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties.

• Providing tailored treatment plans for various issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers or services when required to enhance client support.
\n
• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
