Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synergetic Counseling, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a full spectrum of mental health challenges.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies, ensuring a high standard of care and confidentiality.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to create coordinated care strategies tailored to each patient.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to foster quality improvement and professional growth.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources to enhance support systems.

Qualifications\n
