Director of Branch SalesLocation: Wayne, NJWise Foods is seeking a Director of Branch Sale to lead, coordinate, and optimize commercial operations within the assigned territory, including New Jersey and surrounding areas, with the purpose of maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share. Ensure the implementation of effective sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and achieve growth objectives established by the organization. Supervise the performance of the sales team, promote continuous improvement, and guarantee compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and quality guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to align efforts that strengthen the company's competitive position and ensure sustainable growth in the region.Areas of Responsibilities:1. Develop Commercial StrategiesDevelop and implement personalized sales plans to maximize growth and market share within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and adjust commercial strategies as needed. Define sales goals and financial projections to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business in the assigned region. Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure the proper execution of campaigns and product availability in the territory. Evaluate the performance of implemented strategies through key performance indicators and propose timely corrective actions. 2. Provide leadership and coaching to sales teamsProvide and Motivate leadership, coaching, and feedback to sales and broker teams to improve productivity and motivation, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations and campaigns.Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to sales and broker teams to enhance productivity and motivation. Manage key client relationshipsManage and strengthen relationships with strategic clients to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth, contributing to the company's marketing positioning.Identify key clients and develop long-term relationship plans that generate mutual value and expansion opportunities. Monitor client satisfaction through surveys, periodic meetings, and service performance analysis. Resolve commercial or service issues promptly, ensuring operational continuity and client trust. Collaborate with other areas to provide comprehensive solutions that address the specific needs of each client. Qualifications:Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or Related Field. Desirable Education: Master's Degree in Commercial Management or MBA 5 to 8 years of management experience in Sales3 to 5 years of Market Analysis experience.5 to 8 years of Strategic Negotiation experience.
