Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and customized intake procedures.

• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans for individuals and families, integrating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Conduct engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, actively fostering a therapeutic relationship to enhance client engagement and encourage positive outcomes.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, employing clinical software systems to track therapeutic goals and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• React promptly to clients in crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and developing individualized safety plans to ensure immediate support and intervention.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community organizations to provide a holistic approach to care, ensuring clients have access to a broad spectrum of supportive services.

• Maintain rigorous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in clinical records and reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing services to a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your approach will be adapted to meet the unique needs of each client, taking into account their cultural backgrounds, personal histories, and individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active professional license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient or community health setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
