The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, medical providers, and community partners to ensure the organization's mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to underserved individuals is advanced. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on engagement, with a focus on organizational excellence, long-term sustainability, and meaningful community impact. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic planning, clinical operations, fund development, and community engagement, and must have a strong background in nonprofit management, with a preference for experience in healthcare or related fields. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, at least 8 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, and a proven track record in fundraising and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a background in advocacy, community health initiatives, or public health systems, and experience working with volunteer-driven or medical volunteer models.
