Job Title: Resource Pool Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend nightshift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Epic experience, Level 1 trauma experience, and travel experience preferred Description: This Resource Pool position requires flexibility to work across all Medsurg, Stepdown, and Tele units. Epic experience is essential. Candidates must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, and Oncology. Ratios are 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for Medsurg/Tele units. Each unit may have up to 34 beds. AHA BLS certification is required. The cancellation policy allows for two shifts per 13-week contract. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced, acute care environment. This is an opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across various units.
