Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories, performing physical assessments, and determining appropriate treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about their evaluation results and treatment plans, actively involving them in setting realistic goals.
• Implement and monitor sophisticated treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, adjusting as necessary to reflect changes in their condition or health status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care, recognizing when changes in a patient's condition warrant modifications to their treatment plan.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluations.
• Demonstrate efficient time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an accurate schedule for patient appointments.
• Engage with community marketing efforts and participate in outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of our services.
• Contribute to departmental goals by adhering to regulatory compliance and striving for continuous improvements in care delivery.
• Proactively pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills, serving also as a clinical instructor for students when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Bridgeway, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic pain conditions, and patients undergoing rehabilitation after sports injuries or accidents. Your goal will be to assist patients in improving functionality, reducing pain, and regaining independence, ensuring that their individual backgrounds and healthcare needs are respected and incorporated into their treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork, along with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and family members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
