This position is designed for a remote work environment, allowing you to engage with clients from the safety and comfort of your own space. As part of an outpatient office, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to gather comprehensive information regarding their mental health history, current concerns, and overall functioning.

• Formulate clinical diagnoses based on standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each individual.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other relevant interventions that suit client situations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, assessing situations, providing support, and determining appropriate steps to ensure client safety.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, including treatment progress notes and assessment results.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
