What You'll Do

As a Virtual Benefits Advisor , you'll work directly with prospective and existing clients while developing valuable communication, customer service, and relationship-management skills.

Client Service & Benefits Guidance

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, integrity, and consistent service

Qualified Client Opportunities

Focus on Relationships, Not Traditional Cold Calling

Representatives work with qualified client opportunities and individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits .

Rather than relying solely on traditional cold prospecting, you'll focus on:

Compensation & Performance Rewards

Weekly Commission-Based Pay

This is a performance-based, commission sales opportunity , rather than an hourly or salaried customer service position.
