We act on your ideas!In the Accounts Payable role, you will process bill of ladings, invoices, and payments while providing financial and administrative support to the organization.This is an in-office opportunity available in our St. Louis, MO location.Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am -5pmPay: $20-$21/hrWe are offering a $500 Total Sign-on Bonus!What you will be doing:Code invoices utilizing Invoice Coding.Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.Prompt communication with carriers and vendors about payment needs/status via phone and email.Make bank deposits.Manage refund invoices and apply refund checks.Prepare CSV files for vendor invoice upload.Audit bank data to verify customers are billed and reconciled properly.What are we looking for?This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.Must have at least one year of experience with accounts payable.Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong data entry skills.Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.Personal responsibility to manage change.BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Time Off,7 Company Paid Holidays401(k) with company matchTuition ReimbursementCasual Dress CodeAbout ACERTUSACERTUS is an automotive logistics provider that utilizes technology to provide unparalleled service and visibility into the transportation process accompanied by a full suite of vehicle lifecycle solutions.
