IT Service Desk Technician II - Remote Regional Support

Floor & Decor

Floor & Decor in Atlanta is looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk Associate. In this role, you will manage IT Service Desk inquiries, support network and hardware setups, and develop solutions for users. This position is primarily remote, requiring the candidate to be in the office at least one day a week. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, have relevant IT experience, and be a strong communicator capable of handling various technical challenges.
