Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher
• Case management experience in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, compliance, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Collaborative and adaptable approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Manage a caseload of students, including developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general educators, related service providers, and administrators to support student success
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and monitor progress toward goals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students and their families
