Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients by establishing trust and rapport, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Create personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately within our electronic health record system, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

• Provide clients with resources and referrals to specialists when necessary, facilitating a holistic approach to their mental health care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to enhance professional development and share insights on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
