Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Streamline Behavioral Health Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental health disorders using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, often utilizing telehealth platforms.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and challenges.

• Facilitating sessions and providing counseling for complex issues, including but not limited to grief, loss, relationship conflicts, separation, divorce, blended family dynamics, and the impact of job-related stress.

• Referring clients to additional specialists such as psychiatrists or social workers as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and best practices, ensuring a collaborative approach towards patient outcomes.

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans thoroughly in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

We require the following qualifications for applicants:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
