Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brave Mental Behavioral Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients’ emotional and behavioral health, focusing on symptoms relevant to mood disorders, relationship dynamics, and family systems.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing expert guidance in divorce and relationship counseling, helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes and enhance relational dynamics.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment options, while promoting self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals for integrated care.

• Maintaining diligent records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
