Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The suitable candidate will work with a diverse patient population facing a variety of mental health needs, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions. You will be essential in helping patients navigate complex challenges, assisting them in their journeys towards improved mental health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Proficient knowledge of therapeutic techniques, particularly for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while protecting patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant computer applications.
\n
• A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient office.

• Familiarity with integrated care approaches, particularly in regard to treating individuals with complex mental health and medical needs.

• Prior experience in leading therapy groups or conducting psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
