You are:An experienced Veeva Techno-Functional LeadThe Work:The Veeva Techno-Functional Lead is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of Veeva-based commercial solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. This role combines functional understanding of pharma business processes with techno-functional expertise across Veeva CRM, Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, data, and compliance.The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable, and compliant solutions while supporting delivery and ongoing improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead techno-functional design and delivery support for Veeva CRM initiatives and enhancements.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.Support solution design across business capabilities such as:Account and Contact ManagementTerritory ManagementCall Planning and Call ReportingCLM / Approved EmailEvents ManagementMedical InquirySample ManagementConsent and ComplianceAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Prepare business process flows, user stories, functional documentation, and solution design inputs.Work with architects, developers, and integration teams on data, workflows, interfaces, and process improvements.Support integration of Veeva CRM with systems such as: ERP, MDM, Data warehouses/lakes, Marketing platforms, Identity platforms, Veeva VaultEnsure solutions align with compliance, data quality, security, and audit requirements.Contribute to configuration vs. customization decisions for sustainable solutions.Support testing, defect management, release planning, deployment, and hypercare activities.Promote best practices, documentation standards, and delivery discipline across the team.This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Chesterbrook, PA or Orlando, FLWhat you need:Minimum of 5 years of experience with Veeva CRM/Salesforce in a techno-functional role including some experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industryBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus Points if:Experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, and SalesforceKnowledge of HCP/HCO data, affiliations, targeting, consent, and engagement processesExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsExposure to reporting, analytics, and commercial data ecosystemsFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns or middleware platforms Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
