Executive Assistant

Our client in the east valley is looking for an Executive Assistant that will be working directly with executive leadership to drive organization, improve efficiency, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What youll be doing:
- Manage executive priorities, calendars, and daily workflow
- Organize meetings, prepare materials, and ensure follow-ups are executed
- Act as a key liaison across teams and external stakeholders
- Track action items and help enforce accountability across the business
- Support communications, reporting, and documentation
- Identify process improvements and implement more efficient systems
- Anticipate needs and stay ahead of scheduling or operational challenges
What theyre looking for:
- 6+ years supporting senior leadership in a high-level capacity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Tech-savvy with a mindset for improving processes and workflows
