Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include:

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the DSM diagnostic criteria relevant to children and adolescents and remaining current with developmental milestones to tailor interventions effectively.

• Employing evidence-based practices, including behavior modification and supportive therapy, to encourage client engagement and help them develop coping strategies.

• Conducting thorough assessments of patient and family situations through effective interviewing techniques and collaboration with healthcare teams, ultimately leading to well-informed treatment plans.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that address the unique strengths and needs of each patient, ensuring culturally sensitive approaches are integrated.

Qualifications\n
