We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team.
You should have the following background and experience:
- You excel in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business
- You possess clear communication and phone presentation skills.
- You have a passion for sales
- You are an ambitious, driven and goal-oriented team player who enjoys healthy competition and has a strong determination to succeed
- You enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community
- You have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and are happy to be a resource to other departments by assisting with club related questions and/or concerns
It is also essential that you:
- Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Can efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities
- Can stand for extended periods of time
- Can lift up to fifteen pounds
