Office Assistant 3 (OA3) Community Corrections Division Tacoma, WA (DOC WFSE Monthly Salary Range 39: $3,849.00 to $5,124.00)

Our agency is looking to fill a full-time, non-permanent Office Assistant (OA3) position within the Community Corrections Division. This position works for the Tacoma Field Office located at 1016 S 28th Street, Tacoma, WA, 98409. This non-permanent (temporary) appointment is expected to last about six months. Under general supervision from the Office Manager, this position performs file management and routine, advanced clerical support tasks for the unit. Working independently, you will perform a variety of complex clerical projects and assignments and will perform duties involved with working at the reception desk. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
