The Catalyst Corporation is hiring a motivated and outgoing Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team in the Oak Brook, IL area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing a positive customer experience, and building hands-on experience in customer service and sales.

\n

\n

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment , helping introduce client products and services, explain current promotions, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting options that fit their needs.

\n

\n

This role combines customer service, sales, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience is helpful but not required — paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions

• Provide information about client products, services, and current promotions
\n
• Ask questions to better understand customer needs
\n
• Recommend appropriate products or service options
\n
• Assist interested customers through the sales and enrollment process
\n
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
\n
• Build strong customer relationships and brand awareness

• Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
