Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to identify the underlying causes of their mental health concerns, utilizing structured assessments and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to foster positive behavior change, ensuring you are continually updating your practice with the latest research and methodologies.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and provide the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Document client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to reflect changes in client circumstances or feedback.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and to streamline treatment strategies within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, among others. Your compassionate engagement will create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, while actively promoting mental health resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least two years of professional experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for empathy, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

• A solid understanding of individualized treatment approaches that cater to the diverse needs of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and electronic health records is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package which includes health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, and retirement savings through a 401(k) plan.
