Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing wholesome mental health services to a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals from diverse backgrounds, children, and families experiencing challenges such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating practical knowledge of therapeutic approaches.

• Proficiency in using the DSM-5 for diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish compassionate connections with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and client needs, ensuring consistent and responsive client support.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain organized and compliant documentation.
