Achieving this mission requires an exceptional team; the Recruiting Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring every candidate experiences the thoughtfulness, urgency, and operational excellence that defines Fervo.Fervo Energy is seeking an organized, responsive, and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will coordinate interviews across multiple functions and levels, post and maintain job openings, support ad hoc recruiting projects, and help deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and can navigate multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. This is a 12-month contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate high-volume virtual and onsite interviews across multiple teams, locations, time zones, and seniority levels, managing complex and frequently changing calendars and resolving conflicts to keep hiring processes movingSupport onsite candidate visits end-to-end, including room reservations, interview-day logistics, and real-time schedule adjustmentsEnsure candidates and interviews have the information, materials, meeting links, and logistical support needed for a successful interviewCandidate & Partner CommunicationServe as a secondary point of contact for candidates; respond quickly and professionally to questions and communicate interview details, preparation materials, schedule changes, and next steps with a welcoming, high-touch approach.Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and administrative partners to build efficient interview schedules and deliver consistent, high-quality supportProcess & RecordsMaintain accurate interviews, job posting, and communication records in the Company's ATS system, and external websites.Handle sensitive candidate and hiring information with discretion and sound judgmentIdentify scheduling delays, communication gaps, or potential process improvements and proactively raise them with the appropriate recruiting partnerAdditional SupportAssist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects, recruiting events, reporting, documentation, and other coordination needs as priorities evolveQualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive or administrative support, human resources, logistics, or a similarly fast-paced coordination roleDemonstrated experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate professionally and empathetically with candidates and internal partnersStrong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple active requests and competing deadlinesA proactive, solutions-oriented approach; able to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling challenges, and maintain momentum with limited oversightStrong sense of ownership, reliability, and urgency; committed to following through and ensuring details do not fall through the cracksFlexibility and composure when schedules, priorities, or business needs changeAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with virtual meeting platformsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a startup or similarly high-growth, fast-paced, evolving organizationExperience working in GreenhouseExperience coordinating both virtual and onsite interviewsFamiliarity with candidate experience best practicesWhat Success Looks LikeA successful Recruiting Coordinator creates a seamless and welcoming experience for candidates while helping recruiters and hiring teams operate efficiently.
