Qualifications & Experience

• Active state SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Proven experience in a school-based SLP setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• A commitment to fostering supportive, inclusive learning spaces

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide speech and language therapy for high school students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families on communication strategies and student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
