Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Experience in a school setting, preferably elementary
• Knowledge of or interest in AAC devices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for elementary students with limited communication skills
• Implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and education professionals
• Support students’ development through innovative AAC strategies
• Maintain required records and documentation
