Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Demonstrable skills in assessment, therapeutic intervention, and IEP documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different learning styles and needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, onsite speech-language therapy services to high school students
• Evaluate, assess, and document students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close coordination with teachers and support staff
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school, local, and state policies

This contract position runs for the full 2026-2027 school year, with hours from 9:00am to 4:40pm Monday through Friday, allowing for a predictable schedule and work-life balance.
