Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Recent experience in schools and/or pediatric settings
• Proficiency with AAC devices and tech-assisted communication
• Passion for supporting nonverbal or minimally verbal students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evaluations and individualized treatment for students with complex communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide training on AAC devices for educational staff
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and district guidelines
• Serve as an advocate and resource for students using augmentative communication
