Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in your respective state or jurisdiction is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years' direct experience offering mental health counseling or psychological support to clients facing emotional difficulties.

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and effectively engage with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, depending on relevant experience and the number of hours worked.
