The successful candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Alexandria. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patients' medical histories and conducting specific assessments to inform treatment recommendations.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting achievable goals.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols, continually adapting based on patient progress, current health status, and evolving healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, recognizing when to adjust care plans or seek additional medical consultations based on patient condition changes.
• Manage complete documentation and discharge planning, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to illustrate the patient's care journey.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet productivity targets while maintaining a punctual and organized schedule.
• Contribute to departmental goals through participation in strategic planning and initiatives, while complying with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuing education to enhance personal and organizational growth, and mentor students or interns who join our facility.
• Promote patient experience through proactive engagement, ensuring flexible and adaptable access to services.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility and commitment to serving the local population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
