Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated person to work in our front office.
We are willing to train the right individual.
Work Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm with the possibility of overtime.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) mandatory.
Pay starts at $20/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Answering the telephones
- Greeting and helping guests
- Filing, copying and scanning
- Verifying and Entering customers’ orders into Quickbooks and in-house spreadsheets
- Setting up shipping for orders
- Any other task assigned to you
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (both oral and written- Spanish and English)
- Good customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to organize and plan effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (primarily Excel)
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Team Player
