Business Integra Inc., located in Bethesda, MD, seeks a Business Development Manager responsible for new commercial business development, growing existing accounts, building and maintaining quality relationships with clients, and managing key accounts and assignments. The role requires superior time management and exceptional communication skills. Business Development Manager Responsibilities Generate new opportunities through a high volume of client contacts and visits. Introduce and contract Business Integra to new commercial clients. Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor to talent. Identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience. 7–15 years of commercial business development experience and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑based, deadline‑driven environment. Identify and establish new client commercial contacts for Business Integra locally and regionally. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed. Good experience working with and developing commercial clients.
