Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health challenges, utilizing standardized tools to ensure accurate evaluations.

• Craft personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at addressing individual goals and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Work in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care, integrating feedback and contributions from multidisciplinary team members.

• Educate clients' family members about mental health issues to foster better understanding and support during the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous record-keeping to ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions effectively.

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
