Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing software to ensure privacy and support.

• Thoroughly assess each client's mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that facilitate effective therapy and track client progress towards goals.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach based on client needs and feedback.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who come from various backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring they receive effective, personalized support in a virtual setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state of Florida.

• At least 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a strong background in outpatient settings preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions, utilizing various video conferencing platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong connections with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing your schedule and caseload.

• Comfortable with technology, adept at using digital tools for counseling and managing client information.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing is a plus.
