Can you walk into a room and leave with a relationship
Were recruiting a Business Development Representative on behalf of one of the largest roofing and exteriors contractors in the US. PE-backed branches across multiple states and scaling their commercial division in key markets. This role is about generating leads and building relationships with property managers developers and HOAs through trade shows networking groups and direct outreach. When an opportunity is ready to move to a bid the account management team takes it from there. Your job is to keep the pipeline full and stay close to your contacts throughout.
Whats on offer:
- $70000 to $90000 base depending on experience
- 1% commission on contract value for every deal that closes from your pipeline
- Full product offering behind you including roofing siding windows and gutters
What youll need:
- Character drive and the ability to go out and win trust with people this is the primary requirement
- B2B relationship selling or business development experience in any sector
- Roofing knowledge is a bonus not a requirement if youre connected into commercial property contacts thats the bigger advantage
