ABA Administrative Support

Job Summary/General Purpose of Job

  • Performs administrative and office support activities. Responsibilities may include receiving, and handling telephone calls/e-mails, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and agenda materials, receiving and directing visitors.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Oversees and coordinates administrative, program, and office activities. Establishes, selects, implements, and coordinates office procedures and systems.
  • Exercises, on a continuous basis, administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
  • Organize and maintain department hard copy and electronic data and materials, in accordance with all relevant internal policies and external regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Point of first contact for department/entity. Must maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of previous administrative experience, some post-high school course work or completion of an appropriate vocational program).
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated professional business writing skills.
