ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL Own end‑to‑end execution of field marketing events, from planning and logistics through on‑site coordination, post‑event follow‑up, debriefs, and reporting Create detailed event plans and timelines that keep internal teams and external vendors organized, informed, and on track from planning through execution Attend and engage customers, prospects, and partners at in‑person events Source, vet, and manage relationships with venues and vendors for events, print projects, and promotional items Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute key milestone events for employees Maintain and optimize event documentation and workflows based on learnings and feedback Actively contribute ideas for improving events and programs based on what’s working and what’s not Ensure timely fulfillment of sales enablement resources, including collateral production, branded swag inventory, and trade show materials Coordinate and execute gifting campaigns and sales incentive programs, managing vendors, communications, and fulfillment timelines Handle material requests, coordinate printing and shipping with vendors, and track inventory levels to identify when materials need updating or restocking Update and create sales collateral and promotional materials using Canva, Figma, and/or Illustrator Perform additional responsibilities as assigned WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3-5 years of experience managing local events, tradeshows, and experiential partner events (sports suites, happy hours, etc.) with demonstrated success in end‑to‑end execution Strong project management skills—ability to coordinate multiple events, vendor relationships, and sales enablement programs while meeting deadlines Experience using project management tools (Asana or similar) to organize projects and keep teams informed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Direct customer‑facing experience—must be comfortable representing Pilot in‑person, over the phone, and via email Proven ability to work effectively across teams and earn cooperation through clear, proactive communication Detail‑oriented with a track record of delivering accurate, high‑quality work Creative problem‑solver who can figure things out and find solutions independently Comfortable working outside traditional business hours as needed (regular event attendance required; events may begin before 8 AM and after 6 PM) Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences and other events Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion PILOT’S PAY & PERKS Base salary of $75,000 - $90,000 Company‑sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage Company‑sponsored 401(k) Commuter & Wellness Reimbursement Competitive PTO At Pilot, we believe differences make us stronger, and that our diversity is something to celebrate.
