Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a flexible schedule that allows you to set your own hours while determining the caseload you wish to handle, with opportunities to expand your practice.

• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions that are tailored to individual, couple, and family needs, promoting mental health and relationship resilience.

• Provide immediate, live support to clients during the therapy process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Monitor and verify clients' insurance benefits automatically, reducing barriers to care and facilitating timely access to your services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds who are seeking help with relationship issues, trauma recovery, and overall mental health improvement. As an LMFT, you will provide a safe, affirming environment that fosters trust and open communication, allowing clients to engage in their healing journey effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT in New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level.
