Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate pain levels, medical history, and treatment effectiveness, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Assist in performing interventional pain management procedures such as nerve blocks, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulation trials, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and comfort.

• Prescribe medications—including analgesics and adjunct therapies—in alignment with established protocols and guidelines, while actively participating in the patient education process regarding medication use.

• Monitor and document patient progress, continuously adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical outcomes and feedback.

• Educate patients on a variety of pain management strategies, including physical therapy options, lifestyle modifications, and coping mechanisms that could enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, including detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and care plans.

Compensation and Benefits

PA Vital Care Network offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
